Colonel-Commissar Ibram Gaunt

I've seen pictures of this amazing Commissar costume before, but it's a pleasure to see it at the source. Downright stunning work! The attention to detail is spot-on, the scar effect is fantastic, the costume is breathtaking, and the little extra touches like a metal plate on the front of the hat just make it the stuff of legend. Fantastic work and easily the best Commissar I've ever seen.
